Fatalities reported in accidents on 287 and 78

The New Jersey State Police said that two people died in separate accidents Wednesday morning.

In Somerset County, a person died when a car went into the woods on the southbound lane of Route 287 in Bedminster, north of Route 202-206.

Both accidents occurred shortly after 9 a.m.

The names of the victims were not available.
