Colton Underwood, the star of The Bachelor in 2019, has been accused of various acts of domestic violence by winner of The Bachelor, Cassandra Rudolph.  In Court documents filed in Los Angeles County, California, Rudolph details various acts of domestic violence committed during and after their tumultuous relationship.

After their break up, Underwood was found by Randolph’s brother and two friends in an alley outside of Randolph’s bedroom window at 2 a.m.  When confronted, Underwood allegedly sent Randolph harassing text messages to her and her friends and family.  Various other individuals have spotted Underwood hanging around Randolph’s home, without Randolph being present.

Underwood admitted to his roommate that he takes multiple walks a day to Randolph’s apartment building.  Randolph was visited by a friend, and Underwood sent a series of messages regarding the visit, leaving Randolph shocked that he even know her friend was there.

Underwood would then use alias phone numbers to anonymously send harassing text messages in all hours of the day to Randolph.  Underwood also sent harassing text messages to himself pretending to also be a victim of the anonymous stalker.  Underwood would share the text messages sent to himself with Randolph in an attempt to show that he too was being harassed.  The anonymous messages also indicate that Randolph was being followed and stalked.  These messages included specific details about Randolph’s location.

Randolph would later discover a tracking device taped to the bottom of the bumper of her car.  She suspected Underwood and filed for a Temporary Restraining Order.

Although the facts of this case took place in Los Angeles, California, the alleged facts would also be grounds for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in New Jersey.  If the facts can be proven, it would be adequate grounds for a Final Restraining Order (FRO).
